The app has no button to reset a profile. Here are the options.
Practice again
Your child can go over a skill they already taught. See Practice again. A restart of a side mission is also possible from its screen.
Delete the profile and add a new one
- Delete the profile in Settings. See Delete a child's profile. The delete list has the reason "I want to start over."
- Add the child again. See Add a child.
What you lose
Deleting removes progress, badges, streak and everything they made from the app. You cannot bring it back from the app. A new profile starts with a new battery and a new plan.
Their plan
Deleting a profile asks Stripe to cancel that child's plan. See What happens after you cancel.
