If you tap and nothing happens, try these.
- Wait a second. Some buttons wait for the server and show a short pause.
- Look for a sheet or a card. A small sheet that slides up can sit on top of a screen. Close it with its button first.
- Tap again. Press firmly and let go quickly.
- Close Dilly and open it again.
- Check your connection. See Dilly is stuck loading.
- Update Dilly. See Update the app.
- Restart the phone.
If only one button fails
A button may be turned off on purpose. A teaching button can wait while the battery is low. See Teaching won't start.
Phone screen problems
If other apps are slow to respond to taps too, clean the screen and check your phone's own Accessibility touch settings.
