If Dilly closes by itself, a few steps often help.
- Update Dilly. A newer version may fix it. See Update the app.
- Restart the phone.
- Close other apps. A phone that is short on memory can close apps.
- Reinstall Dilly. Your account is saved on Dilly's servers.
Tell us
A crash is a bug, and we want to know. Email support@hellodilly.com and tell us:
- Which screen you were on
- What you tapped just before
- Your phone and iOS version
- The Dilly version

Your child's work
Work is saved as your child goes. If the app said "Your words are still here. We will keep trying to save them," keep the app open with a connection until it saves.
