Who can reach your child, what is checked, and how to tell us about a concern.
- Can my child see other children's work?No. Your child sees what they made themselves. Nothing is posted or shared between children.
- My child's nickname was not allowedDilly turns away some names. Try a different one: letters, numbers, spaces, hyphens and apostrophes, up to 20 characters.
- What if my child writes something private in a mission?Writing steps turn away emails, links, phone numbers and addresses. Names and other details are not caught, so please talk with your child.
- How do I report a safety concern?Email support and say it is a safety concern. For a problem with how the app is built, email the security address.
- How do I report a security problem?Email the security address with what you found, and please do not share it publicly first.
