What our terms say in plain words, and what we do and do not promise.
- What do the terms of use say?A short guide to our terms: who can use Dilly, the paid plan, canceling, the battery, the rules and what Dilly is not.
- Who can make a Dilly account?A parent or guardian, who needs to be an adult. Your child uses Dilly under your account.
- What are the rules for using Dilly?Do not share your login, break the app, get around the phone check, harm anyone, or copy the app. Read the exact words in our terms.
- Can Dilly close my account?Our terms say we may stop an account if the rules are broken. You can also stop any time.
- Who owns what my child makes?Our terms say what your child writes, draws and makes in Dilly is theirs and your family's. Dilly asks permission only to keep it and show it back.
- Will Dilly raise my child's grades?We do not promise any grade, test score or other result. Dilly is for learning and play.
- What if the terms change?New terms go on the terms page. If you keep using Dilly after a change, that means you accept it. If you do not, you can stop and cancel.
