Free and Core, how to upgrade and how to cancel.
- Free and CoreThe plans for when Dilly opens: what Free and Core include, plus the two plans coming soon, Starter and Plus.
- One plan per childA plan belongs to one child. Another child needs a plan of their own.
- Upgrade to CoreOpen the plans page from the Parent/Teacher area, pass the phone check, and choose Core monthly or yearly.
- Where to see your planThe plans page shows the plan, when it renews or ends, and the buttons to manage it.
- Cancel a planCancel in two taps from the plan page, then confirm on the payment company's page. Your plan keeps working until the period ends.
- Manage your planManage plan opens Stripe's page, where you can switch between monthly and yearly, update your card, see invoices or cancel.
- What happens after you cancelThe plan keeps working until the end of the period. Then it returns to Free. Coins, creations and streaks are kept.
- The phone checkBefore the grown-up areas open, Dilly asks the phone for Face ID, Touch ID, the passcode, or a number puzzle.
