Deleting your account does not end your plan right away.
What the app says
Your plan keeps running while you wait the 7 days. Deleting the account cancels a running plan when the 7 days end. You can keep your account any time during the 7 days, and nothing is erased.
To end it with the period you paid for
- Cancel the plan first in Manage plan. See Manage your plan.
- Then delete the account. See Delete your account.
If you delete one child's profile
Dilly asks Stripe to cancel that child's plan. See Delete a child's profile.
What Stripe keeps
The payment company keeps its own payment records after your account is erased.
