Your plan is shown in the Parent/Teacher area. It is always for one child at a time.
On the plans page
Open Companion, go to the second page and tap See plans. With a plan running, the first page shows:
- The plan name, and what it gives. For Core, a line saying everything is open.
- The date, such as "Renews on" a date, or "Your plan ends on" a date
- Cancel plan
- Manage plan
On the Parent/Teacher area
When you pick a child with a plan, the last page of the Parent/Teacher area says Plan and billing. It has the same Cancel plan row.
At a glance
The second page of Companion says "Use so far." It shows the plan name, the battery and when it recharges. It does not show a price.
What the plans page shows
The plans page shows Free and Core. Dilly Starter and Dilly Plus are coming soon and are not on it yet.
If you do not see Cancel plan
The row only shows for a plan you bought, for the child you picked. A child on Free has no plan to cancel. Try Switch to pick another child.
