You can switch any time in Manage plan.
Steps
- Open the Profile tab and tap Parent/Teacher area. Pass the phone check.
- Make sure the right child is picked.
- Open See plans, then tap Manage plan.
- On Stripe's page, choose the other Core price.
- Use the return button to go back to Dilly.
From the cancel sheet
When you tap Cancel plan, the sheet may say "Switch to yearly and save" a number of percent. It opens your plan page to switch. You can ignore it.
Who can do it
Only the person who bought the plan can open Manage plan. See Who can buy or change a plan?
