When you cancel, nothing changes right away. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. The app says, "Your plan keeps working until" and a date, then "Your plan ends on" that date.
Then it returns to Free
After that date, the plan returns to Free. The first skills, missions, streaks, coins and the Room stay.
The rest of what your child could teach pauses. Their saved work stays safe.

- Skills already taught stay open to practice.
- Teaching that was half done is paused, not lost. It picks up again if a plan is active again.
- Nothing your child earned is taken away.

Free has 20 battery in total, to try, for the life of the profile. Battery already used on Core counts. So a child who used a lot may find the companion asleep after the plan ends. Practice, missions and the Room still work. See When the battery is empty.

If you delete a profile
Deleting a child's profile also asks the payment company to cancel that child's plan. See Delete a child's profile.
