Dilly is not on the App Store yet. This is how it will work when it opens.
Going back to Free
Cancel your plan. It keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Then it returns to Free. See Cancel a plan and What happens after you cancel.
A smaller paid plan
The app says, "A move to a smaller plan starts when the period ends." Until then, the plans page says "Your plan changes to" the new plan "on" a date. You keep what you paid for.
Core is the only paid plan you can choose when Dilly opens. Dilly Starter and Dilly Plus are coming soon. See What are Dilly Starter and Dilly Plus?
