Dilly is not on the App Store yet. These steps are for when it opens.
You can cancel any time. It is meant to be as easy as signing up.
From the plans page
- Open See plans and pass the phone check. The first page shows your plan.
- Tap Cancel plan.
- A sheet called "Before you go" opens. It says the date your plan keeps working until, and what stays. Tap Cancel plan again.
- Stripe's page opens in your phone's browser. Confirm the cancellation there.
- Back in Dilly, the app says, "Your plan is set to end."
Steps 2 and 3 are the only two taps in Dilly.
From the Parent/Teacher area
- Open the Profile tab and tap Parent/Teacher area.
- If you have more than one child, pick the right one with Switch.
- Tap Continue until you reach Plan and billing.
- Tap Cancel plan, then follow steps 3 to 5 above.
Changed your mind
On the "Before you go" sheet, Keep my plan closes it and changes nothing. Once a plan is set to end, the same spot says when, and offers Keep my plan until the date.
Which plan this is about
These steps are for Core, the only paid plan you can choose when Dilly opens. Dilly Starter and Dilly Plus are coming soon.
There is no survey
Dilly does not ask why, and there is no countdown. The sheet may offer to switch to yearly instead, but you can ignore it.
