How do I change my card?

You change your card in Manage plan. Dilly never sees your card, so the new one goes straight to Stripe.

Steps

1. Open the Profile tab and tap Parent/Teacher area. Pass the phone check. See The phone check.
2. Make sure the right child is picked.
3. Open See plans, then tap Manage plan.
4. On Stripe's page, update your card.
5. Use the return button to go back to Dilly.

If a payment failed

The plans page says, "There was a problem with your payment. Update it in Manage plan." Update the card there. See A payment problem.

Who can do it

Only the person who bought the plan can open Manage plan.
