Our terms say, "A parent or guardian makes the account. You need to be an adult to do that."

Your child uses Dilly under your account. They do not need an email of their own.

Under 13

"Children under 13 can only use Dilly after a parent or guardian says yes." See A parent says yes first.

Your responsibility

The terms say you are responsible for your account and your password, and for what happens under them. Please keep your password to yourself. Some screens are for grown-ups only, such as plans and the learning report. The phone check keeps a child who picked up the phone out, but it is not a lock on the account.

A grown-up using Dilly for themselves

A grown-up can pick "A grown-up using Dilly for themselves" when setting up. See Can an adult use Dilly for themselves?

Steps

See Make an account.
