What the terms do not say
They do not say how we tell you, or how you can appeal. This page does not add promises the terms do not make.
If you think it was a mistake
Email support@hellodilly.com and tell us what happened. Please leave your child's name out.
If you want to stop
You can stop using Dilly any time. You can delete a child's profile in Settings or your whole account in the Parent/Teacher area. See Delete your account.
