Children under 13 can only use Dilly after a parent or guardian says yes. This is the first thing a grown-up does after adding a child.
What you will see
Dilly shows a few short pages, one at a time, with a Continue button. They say what Dilly keeps, who can see it, what a grown-up can do and how payments work. The same words are in What Dilly keeps and Who can see your child's information.
On the last page, the button says Yes, I am a parent and I agree. Dilly asks you to type your account password again.
Until a parent says yes
Your child sees a message that a grown-up needs to say yes first.
Why the password
Saying yes is a grown-up action, so it needs the account password, not only the phone check. See The phone check.
