Your child's information
Dilly does not share your child's information for ads, and does not sell it. See Who can see your child's information.
Does my child see prices?
No. A price is never shown to a child. If something is locked, the button says "Ask a grown-up," and it opens the phone check first. See Can my child buy something by accident?
What to expect
You will see a plans page in the grown-up area, because Core is a paid plan. That is a page you open yourself. It is not shown to your child.
