From the app
In the Parent/Teacher area, a Help page has a way to open the help center and an email to support. Only a grown-up can open it. Children's screens never open email.
What to put in your email
Say what happened and what you saw. Please leave your child's name out of the first email. The email the app starts has no names in it.
