When something goes wrong, Dilly shows a friendly card with a Try again button. The headline changes. It might say "Oops! A tiny hiccup," or "Uh oh, things got tangled."
What to do first
- Check that your phone is online.
- Tap Try again.
- If it does not work, wait a little and tap it once more.
What the messages mean
- "We can't reach the internet. Check your Wi-Fi, then try again!" Your phone is offline or the connection is weak.
- "Oops! Something tripped over a wire. Give it another try!" Something unexpected happened. Trying again usually fixes it.
- "We could not reach the server. Your place is saved." This one shows while teaching your companion. Your child's place is kept, so they can come back and keep going.
- "We could not load your plan. Check your connection and try again." This one is on the plans page.
If it keeps happening
- Close the app and open it again.
- Make sure Dilly is up to date. See Update the app.
- Log out from the Profile tab and log in again.
- Email support@hellodilly.com. See Contact support for what to include.
