My children's profiles disappeared

If you tapped Delete my account, the app hides your children's profiles at once. Nothing is erased for 7 days.

What you will see

A banner says, "Set to be erased on" a date. Under it: "Changed your mind? You can keep it."

Bring them back

1. Log in.
2. Tap Keep my account.

The app says, "Your account is staying. Nothing was erased." Your profiles come back.

If the 7 days are up

The app says, "The 7 days are up, so it cannot be kept now."

If you did not ask to delete

Someone with your password may have. Change your password. See I lost my phone for the steps. Then email support@hellodilly.com.

Profiles shared with another parent

A profile another grown-up also has is not hidden. It stays with them. See Delete your account.
