A streak counts the days in a row that have an activity. A day with no activity ends it. Then the app says, "A fresh start."

Check these first

1. Right child. A streak belongs to each child. Use Switch profile on the Profile tab.
2. The phone's date. Dilly uses the date on your child's phone. If the date or time zone is wrong, the day may look off. See How the day is counted.
3. Did an activity save? If the app said, "We could not reach the server," it may not have saved. Do an activity again with a connection.

What stays

Nothing is taken away. Coins, badges and saved work stay. The next activity starts a new streak.

What counts

Opening the app does not count. A mission, an answer while teaching, or saving in the Workshop does. See What counts for a streak.
