A child under 13 needs a parent's yes before most of the app opens. The card says, "A grown-up needs to say yes first." The button says, "I am a grown-up."
Make sure the yes saved
- Tap the button on the card and read the pages. Tap Continue to the last one.
- Tap Yes, I am a parent and I agree.
- Type your account password when asked.
If you close the password box, nothing is saved. The app says, "A grown-up needs to type the account password to say yes. You can try again when they are ready."
Check the right child
The yes is for each child. If you have more than one child, make sure the right one is picked. Switch profile is on the Profile tab.
Check the birthday
The yes is needed for a child who is under 13 by birthday. See Does my teen need my yes?
Check your connection
Saving needs a connection. See Dilly is stuck loading.
