What does my yes cover?

Your yes lets Dilly keep what your child makes and show it back to your child and to you. It covers nothing more.

When you tap Yes, I am a parent and I agree, you say yes to what the three short pages say.

The yes is three short pages. The last page has the button that says yes.

The three pages say

  1. Children under 13 can only use Dilly after a parent or guardian says yes. Dilly keeps your child's first name, birth date, school grade, companion and nickname, and what your child writes, draws and makes, plus their progress.
  2. In the app, your child and grown-ups with access to their profile can see it. The people who run Dilly's servers and the companies that host the app and its data for us can reach it. Dilly does not sell it, and there are no ads.
  3. If you buy a plan, Stripe handles the payment. Dilly does not see your card.

Our terms say

"Dilly needs your permission to keep what your child makes and to show it back to your child and to the grown-ups on the account. Making an account gives us that permission, and nothing more. We use it only to run Dilly for your family."

The password

Dilly asks for your account password again when you say yes. See A parent says yes first.
