This page lists what a grown-up can do today, and what to do when the app has no button for it. It says what the app does. It is not a statement of legal rights.

See it

Open the Parent/Teacher area on the Profile tab. A phone check comes first. There you can look at what your child has made and learned in the learning report. See The grown-up area and How to read the learning report.

Grown-ups with access to the profile can see it too. You can invite another parent from the same area. See Who can see your child's information.

Change it

In the Parent/Teacher area, a grown-up can change a child's grade. The app asks for your account password first.

For anything else you want changed, email privacy@hellodilly.com and tell us what you need.

Get a copy

The app does not have a button to download a copy of your child's information. If you want to know what Dilly has, email privacy@hellodilly.com and tell us what you need. This page does not promise a date or a format.

Delete it

You can delete a child's profile in Settings. The app removes the profile right away. Deleting cannot be undone from the app. Dilly also asks the payment company to cancel that child's plan. See Delete a child's profile.

You can also delete your whole account. Find Delete my account at the bottom of the plan page in the Parent/Teacher area, or in My account on an adult account. The phone check comes first. Dilly waits 7 days, and you can keep your account by logging in during that time. After 7 days, your login and every student profile on it are erased, with their progress, badges and creations. See Delete your account.

Payments

If you pay for a plan, Stripe handles the payment. Dilly does not see your card. To stop paying without deleting anything, see Cancel a plan.

What Dilly does not do

  • Dilly does not sell your child's information.
  • Dilly does not share it for ads. There are no ads.
  • There is no AI in Dilly.
