Which companies handle my child's information?

Stripe handles payments. Hosting and email companies help run Dilly. We use them only to run Dilly.

Our privacy page names one company: Stripe. It also describes two kinds of company without naming them.

Stripe

Stripe handles the payment. Dilly does not see your card. Stripe gets your email and an ID code, never your child's name. Dilly keeps the plan and its dates.

Hosting and email companies

The people who run Dilly's servers can reach your child's information. So can the companies that host or process it for us, like our hosting and email companies. We use them only to run Dilly.

We have not published a list of their names. If you need it, email privacy@hellodilly.com and tell us what you need.

What does not happen

  • Dilly does not sell your child's information.
  • Dilly does not share it for ads.
  • There is no AI in Dilly. Everything your child sees was written in advance, and nothing your child types is sent to an AI service.
