Dilly keeps your child's information until a grown-up deletes the profile or the account. We do not publish a retention period, and we do not make one up.
Delete a profile
The app removes the profile from the app right away. See Delete a child's profile.
Delete your account
The app waits 7 days, so you can change your mind. Then it says everything is erased. See Delete your account.
What this does not cover
Backups and records kept by the companies that run Dilly's services can take longer to clear. We do not give a date for when they are cleared.
The waitlist
Waitlist details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. See Join the waitlist and leave it.
