What the phone keeps
The phone keeps things the app needs to work, such as your login and what your child was in the middle of writing. When a profile is deleted, the app clears what the phone kept for that child.
Which company and which country
Our privacy page says the people who run Dilly's servers, and the companies that host or process it for us, can reach it. It does not name the company or the country. We would rather say that than guess.
