I cannot hear anything in Dilly

Dilly has little sounds when you tap and when you finish a mission. If you hear nothing, check these in order.

1. Quiet mode. Open the Profile tab and tap Settings. Under Sounds, look at Quiet mode. It says, "No sounds and no buzzes at all." If it is on, nothing plays. Turn it off.
2. Sound effects. "Little sounds when you tap and answer." Turn it on.
3. Celebrations. "A happy sound when you finish a mission." Turn it on.
4. The phone's silent switch. Dilly follows it. If the phone is on silent, Dilly is quiet.
5. The phone's volume. Turn it up.

Settings stay on the phone

Your choices are saved on that phone only. Set them again on a new phone.

Buzzes

If the phone does not buzz, Quiet mode also turns that off.

Still silent

Restart the phone and open Dilly again. If it is still silent, email support@hellodilly.com.
