For a child under 13, a parent or guardian has to say yes. See The "A grown-up needs to say yes" screen keeps coming back.
"We can't reach the internet"
Check your connection and tap Try again.
"We looked everywhere but couldn't find that!"
That mission could not be found. Go back and pick another one, then try again later.
"Whoa, slow down, speedy!"
Too many taps came too quickly. Wait a little and try again.
"Oops! Something tripped over a wire"
Try again. If it keeps happening, close Dilly and open it again, or update. See I see a "Try again" message.
