How do I change my child's companion?

Your child can change their companion any time.

Steps

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Tap Change avatar.
3. A sheet called "Choose your companion" shows all six. Tap the one your child wants.
4. Add or change a nickname if you like. Leave it empty to use the usual name.
5. Tap Save. Tap Never mind to stop.

What stays

Changing the companion does not take anything away. Pieces, abilities, coins, Room items and saved work stay with your child, not with the companion.

Pip, Mochi, Fern, Nova, Pebble and Wisp. All six do the same job. They are learners, and they wait for your child to show the way. See Choose a companion.

Nicknames

A nickname can use letters, numbers, spaces, hyphens and apostrophes, up to 20 characters. Dilly turns away some words.
