Yes. Your child can change companion whenever they like.
Steps
- Open the Profile tab.
- Tap your child's picture.
- Pick a different companion.
- Tap Save.
What stays
Nothing is taken away. These belong to your child, not to the companion:
- Puzzle pieces and abilities
- Practice dots
- Coins and Room items
- Saved work
- Badges and the streak
The Room stays as it was.
What changes
The picture and the voice. The new companion talks in its own way, but it knows what your child taught.
Does it cost anything?
No. Changing is free.
