You remove a child by deleting their profile. Please read the whole story first, because the app cannot bring the profile back.
Steps in short
- Open the Profile tab and pick the child. Use Switch profile if you have more than one.
- Open Settings. At the bottom, tap the button that says "Delete (name)'s profile."
- Follow the sheets. Dilly asks why, then asks you to type your account password.

What happens
- The child's progress, badges, streak and everything they made are removed from the app.
- Other children on the account stay just as they are.
- Their plan, if they have one, is canceled. Dilly asks the payment company to do it.
- Your own account stays.
If you only want to stop paying
You do not need to delete anything. See Cancel a plan.
If you want to remove everything
See Delete your account. Dilly waits 7 days before it erases anything, and you can change your mind during that time.
