When an account has more than one child, the Profile tab shows a button called Switch profile.
Steps
- Open the Profile tab.
- Tap Switch profile.
- Pick the child whose turn it is.
Everything in the app then shows that child's companion, coins, streak and battery.
You do not see the button
- With only one child, there is nothing to switch to.
- An adult account has one profile, so it has no switch.
Another way
In the Parent/Teacher area, each child has their own page. You can also pick a child there. See The grown-up area.
Check the right child
Many questions come down to which child is open. The battery, a streak and a plan all belong to one child. If something looks wrong, switch and look again. See The battery looks empty.
