Can I change my password?

The app does not have a separate change password screen. You can still choose a new password at any time with the forgot password link.

Steps

1. Log out. See How do I log out?
2. Type your email and tap Continue.
3. On the "Welcome back" screen, tap Forgot password?
4. Tap Send link. We send a link to your email.
5. Open the email on your phone and tap Choose a new password.
6. Pick a password and tap Save password.

Good to know

• The link works one time, for an hour.
• When you save a new password, Dilly logs you out on every phone. You log in again with the new one.
• Your children's profiles and your plan do not change.
