When you make an account, Dilly sends one email to confirm your address.

What it says

  • Subject: Confirm your email for Dilly
  • Preview line: One tap finishes setting up your account.
  • Message: "Welcome to Dilly. Tap the button to confirm your email address. The link works for 24 hours. If you did not make a Dilly account, you can ignore this email. Nothing will change."
  • Button: Confirm my email
One email, one button. If your child's grown-up did not make an account, the email can be ignored.

What it looks like

A light green band with the word Dilly at the top, a few short lines, and one big button. It has no pictures and no tracking. The sender shows as Dilly.

What the button does

Tap it on your phone. It opens a small page on the Dilly website that opens the app.

Do I have to?

Dilly does not make you confirm before you start. A confirmed address is how we know an email really is yours. When Dilly opens, parents will be able to get a weekly summary by email, and it will go only to a confirmed address. There is no weekly summary email today.

If you did not make an account

Ignore the email. Nothing changes.

If it never arrives, see I did not get the confirmation email.
