Will the lessons feel too young for my high schooler?

They may, at first. The lessons are written at a younger reading level, and lessons for teens are planned. The ideas are about how AI works.

It may feel young in places. We would rather tell you than promise something else.

What is true today

Dilly is for students in kindergarten through grade 12, so grades 9 to 12 are in the grade picker. But the lessons are written at a kindergarten to grade 8 reading level at first. Your teen sees the same lessons as every other grade. Lessons for teens are planned.

What your teen does

They teach a companion by tapping prepared choices, then build with what it learned. The topics are about how AI works: noticing a mistake, changing one thing at a time, checking a fix.

Your child taps a prepared choice and presses Send. There is nothing to type.

What helps

  • Let your teen pick the grade they are in. The lessons do not change by grade, so nothing is lost.
  • Missions have writing steps, where your teen writes in their own words.

We do not know yet

We have not published a date for teen lessons. Join the waitlist to hear first when Dilly opens.
