Once a child's profile is saved, the app does not let you edit the birthday.
What you can do
- If the problem is the grade, change it. See How do I change my child's grade?
- If the birthday is wrong, email support@hellodilly.com and tell us what you need. Please leave your child's name out of the first email. See Contact support.
We cannot promise that it can be changed, or how long it takes.
Before you save
On the screen where you type it, the birthday picker only makes real dates. Check it before you tap Continue. If you change the birthday there, Dilly clears the grade guess and makes a new one.
Deleting the profile
You can delete a profile and add the child again with the right birthday. Deleting removes their progress, badges, streak and everything they made, and cannot be undone from the app. Only do this if the child has not made much. See Delete a child's profile.
