The waitlist
How to join, what we ask, what you will get, and how to leave.
- When does Dilly open?We have not announced a date. Join the waitlist and we will tell you first.
- Should I join the waitlist with my phone number or my email?Either works. The form asks for a phone number first and an email second, and you can give both.
- I joined the waitlist but got no emailAn email only goes out if you gave an email address. Check spam, then try the page again.
- Why does the waitlist ask for my name?The form needs your name. It is the name of the parent or guardian, not your child.
- Why does the waitlist ask which grades my kids are in?It is optional. It helps us learn what parents want. You can skip it, and it is not about your child.
- Will I get a text message from the waitlist?The page says "We will text you when Dilly opens," but texting is not switched on yet. We will text only after you confirm.
- Will I get spam if I join the waitlist?No. We send one email or text when Dilly opens (texting is not on yet), plus launch updates only. We never sell your details or share them for ads.
- Is the waitlist free?Yes. It is free to join, and you can leave any time.
- How do I leave the waitlist?Tap Unsubscribe in any email from us. If you gave only a phone number, contact privacy through the contact page.
- Can I change my details on the waitlist?There is no edit page. Email privacy and tell us what to change, or leave and join again.
- What if I join the waitlist twice?Nothing bad happens. A person is on the list only once, found by phone or email.
- Should I put my child's name on the waitlist?No. The waitlist is for parents. Please leave your child's name and details out, including in the note.
- What are the extra questions after I join the waitlist?A short optional step asks about your device, your children, and what you care about. You can tap Skip.
- The waitlist form does not workThe form needs JavaScript. If it still fails, email contact and we can add you.
- Can I tell another parent about the waitlist?Yes. After you join, the page has a Share button and a link you can send to another parent.
