Being stuck is normal. Here is what can help.
- Tap Need help? It gives a hint and costs nothing.
- Try again. A wrong pick is free, so your child can try another choice.
- Read it together. Read the screen out loud with your child. You can ask what they notice. The app also has a tip for hearing the screen read out loud.
- Leave and come back. Progress is saved. If your child quits a lesson, the app later asks "You already started this. Want to continue?"
- Try something else. Your child can pick a different skill, play a side mission, or decorate the Room.
In side missions
After two wrong checks on a question, the hint opens by itself. A button called See the mission card shows the facts again. Your child still picks the answer.

If a screen will not load or teaching will not start, see Teaching won't start.
