What if my child picks a wrong answer?

Nothing bad happens. The app says "try again," a hint is always there, and a wrong pick costs no coins and no battery.

A wrong pick is part of learning. The app stays kind about it.

What your child sees

A short, gentle note, such as "Not quite. Look again and try once more." The question stays on the screen, and your child tries again.

What it costs

  • No coins are lost.
  • No battery is used.
  • Your child never sees a score or a grade.

Grown-ups see a calm summary in the learning report. It says plainly that it is not a test. See How to read the learning report.

Help

Every question has a Need help? button. It gives a hint. It never costs coins or battery.

Your child taps a prepared choice and presses Send. There is nothing to type.

The companion's mistakes

Sometimes the companion gets an answer wrong on purpose. That is how your child learns to notice mistakes. It is not your child's mistake.

The app never calls a child "failed" or "behind."
