Your child earns 20 coins the first time they finish each side mission. This is the same for every category and every difficulty.
Replays
Playing a finished mission again is practice. The screen says "Practice complete" and "You already earned these coins." Replays earn 0.
What does not earn coins
- Opening a mission or answering one question
- Using a hint
- Starting over
- Playing the same mission again
What does not take coins away
A wrong answer never costs coins. Your child can try again as often as needed and still earn all 20.
When the coins show up
Coins appear only after Dilly has saved the finished mission. The result screen shows "+20" once that is confirmed. Finishing needs a connection. The screen says, "You need a connection to check and finish." If a save fails, the coin count does not change.
Adding it up
Six categories of eight missions is 48 side missions. At most 960 coins can be earned from them, once each.
